Yoga has been part of my life since 2009. My journey took me to India, where my practice deepened and opened new perspectives on yoga, breath and what it means to be human.

Since then, thousands of hours as both a student and a teacher have shaped my path — and continue to do so. Because I’m not here to teach from a place of having it all figured out, but from a genuine curiosity to keep exploring, learning and growing.

Today, I bring together yoga, breathwork and immersive experiences, creating spaces for movement, connection and deeper exploration.

And then there’s motherhood — grounding me, challenging me and reminding me, again and again, that the real practice happens in everyday life, far beyond the mat.
